Delivery costs for your piano

The prices shown on our web-site include a "road-side" delivery of up to 30 miles around Cullompton.

Beyond this we are currently charging an additional rate of £1.50 per mile. On the map shown below the pink area is the "Free-delivery" zone. Other locations on the map cost betwwn zero and £50 pounds extra.

The maximum distance that we normally deliver is 100 miles from Cullompton.

INSTALLATION
In most cases we will install the piano into your desired location within your house without extra charge. Customers however should note that the following installation fees may be charged:

Steps :    First 2 steps no charge, subsequent steps at £5 per step.
Tight turns : Requiring the piano to be tipped onto its’ side is £20.

If the above have not been charged for, we may charge for other complications that cause installation time to exceed 1/2 hr, i.e. £10 per 30 mins.
If you want us to install the piano but believe that it might not be straight forward, then please let us know beforehand.
We will of course be as careful as possible whilst in your home, but we do not accept liability for any damage occurring whilst moving the piano into place.

IF WE ARE NOT DELIVERING YOUR PIANO
then you can claim a £50 reduction of the web-site price.
Once full payment has been made then we will release the piano to yourself if you are collecting,
or a delivery company if you have arranged for them to pick up the piano on your behalf. Sadly we cannot become involved in paying any money to delivery companies but we can put you in touch with some delivery firms who can do you a good deal e.g. most places in the UK for not more than £200
